(1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a fund by the name of Child Labor Prevention Fund to provide health, safety, education, professional and training of children working in establishments, to provide appropriate employment for children, to discourage child labor and to prevent child labor.
(2) The following amounts shall be deposited in the Child Labor Prevention Fund:-
(a) Grant amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) amount of donations, fees, grants and support received from national and international associations, organizations, (c) Amount received from other sources.
(3) The amount deposited in the Child Labor Prevention Fund and the operation of the fund shall be as prescribed.
